Delete OurDream AI Account 2026: How I Cancelled Without Issues
Here's the one thing you really need to know before doing anything: cancel your subscription first, then delete your account. If you do it the other way around — delete the account while the subscription is still running — you can end up in a billing mess where you're still being charged with no account to log into. Not fun to fix.

Step 1 — Cancel Your Subscription
This step stops future billing. You keep access until the current period ends.
In the App/Website
- Log in at ourdream.ai
- Go to your Profile icon (top right)
- Find Account Settings or Subscription
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Confirm when prompted
That's it. Billing stops at your next renewal date. Access and DreamCoins continue until the period ends.
Via App Store
If you originally subscribed through Google Play or the App Store, cancel there:
- Google Play: Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > OurDream AI > Cancel
- App Store: Settings > your Apple ID > Subscriptions > Our dream: AI Companion > Cancel
Via Email Support
Contact [email protected] with your account email. Expect 24–48 hours for response.
What happens: No prorated refund. Access continues until the billing period ends. DreamCoins stay accessible until then.
Step 2 — Delete Your Account (After Cancelling)
Only do this after confirming the subscription is cancelled or expired.
- Log in at ourdream.ai
- Go to Profile > Settings
- Find Danger Zone
- Click Delete Account
- Confirm with your password
Deletion is immediate and permanent. All characters, conversation history, and DreamCoins are gone. No recovery option exists.
Quick Warnings
- Use remaining DreamCoins before deleting — they're permanently lost on deletion
- Export/screenshot anything you want to keep — no export function exists
- Confirm subscription is cancelled before hitting delete
- The "Danger Zone" label is there for a reason — the platform doesn't make this reversible
